Installation Instructions

The installation for frame：

 

Use a crane to place the bottom(Floor) where the house needs to be installed.

Install the column on the bottom and fix it with 12*35 hexagon socket zinc-plated screws

Lift the top with a crane to the specified position, adjust the angle of the column, and fix it with 12*35 hexagon socket zinc-plated screws

Installation for wall panel supporter：

1.Please install it according to below picture:

Each 5633mm panel supporter is fixed with 5  5.5*25 hexagonal drill wires

Each 5633mm panel supporter is fixed with 3  5.5*25 hexagonal drill wires

Wall panel installation

Installation for door and windows

As all the panels are the same size, so you need to cut the panel according to the size of the door and windows.(We have sent 5 extra panels in case you cutting it wrong) And you can install the windows

anywhere you want .

Seal the roof joint

Use t type sealing tape to seal the joint like below picture:

Then use water proof tape to cover the T tape
